Monday
Today's route is almost circular. In the morning we head for one of the bodegas which specialise in white and rosé wines in the village of San Asensio.
We'll have a light lunch with them at the bodega before heading north towards La Bastida, and...another bodega, this one belonging to some old friends.
They'll show us round their cellars and share some splendid wines with us. As a bonus, the Petralanda restaurant where we dine this evening stocks their wines too, so if we get attached to a particular cosecha we can order it to accompany dinner. |
